- It is a joy being a grandmother to five beautiful grandchildren. My husband and I have two grown sons that love the Lord and teach their children to do the same. I want others to know how every moment in life is precious. Having worked in the public for over 30 years, you make some really wonderful friends but you tend to learn a lot about life when in the public eye. It is important to have integrity others are always watching and personally I don’t want to be a stumbling block in someone else’s life.

I was always protected from what we would call the worldly things until in the public.
Born in Arizona 66 years ago, I now live with my husband Raymond in Winder, Georgia. We married 46 years ago, drove across country for our honeymoon then set up house keeping in Athens, Georgia. My brother, Rob, relocated here and met his wife, Jeanne. My grandparents and parents both moved to Athens, as well. We have two wonderful sons, two incredible daughter-in-laws and four amazing grandchildren! We are both retired from Georgia Power. We enjoy camping and sharing adventures with family and friends!
My heart has always wanted to share with others – share a meal, good stories, experiences, but especially sharing the love of God. Through this project with Donna, we want you to know that you are not alone. No one has the perfect life. If we can be open and honest enough to share with others, we believe we all benefit.
